Lavender

Typically ready to harvest during late July and the month of August. This is our only you cut crop and can be found at the bottom right of our property. When in season, signs will direct. you down to the lavender field. A white tent will have all that you need to harvest your very own lavender bundle.

Handle & Care

After Harvesting and purchasing your bundle, please handle your lavender with the proper care so that it will not be damaged. Here at Three Pheasants, we like to hang our lavender upside down in cool dry area so that it keeps for a very long time. Over the years your lavender may loose its smell. If that is the case, give it a quick soft pinch and that should do the trick.

You may hang your bundle, decide to pluck the buds and make a sachet, make some soap, or maybe even some perfume. whatever you decide we hope that you enjoyed coming to our farm and we thank you for helping out your local farmers.
